But , as we deliver perishable and fresh product , We request our customer to Check out the following condition (policy) of our company

1. Order For same day delivery should be placed by 5pm or enquire with our team online before placing order

2. If we found Delivery location is far from our outlet  there may be extra delivery charge depending on the distance which may be requested on or before the delivery date

3.  When Customer's request for fixed time delivery we give our fully team effort to that delivery and try and deliver according to that time To satisfy customers but time may not be be exact same as it depends on distance and time of delivery selected and we also request not to select any fixed time delivery on occasions like valantines day mother's day 

4. We deliver all over india Fresh Cake and flowers so exact as per pic is not possible but 100% garanteed about freshness and quality

5. Order Will Not be Redelivered or redelivery will be done with extra delivery charge on the flowing reason
   A.  No. of recipient Switched off or not reachable or engaged 
   B.  Not Available to the address given or door locked or shifted
   C.  Recipient Refuses  the product

6. Special Request 
           Plz do not send gift to unknown people is this create big misunderstanding
